What is HOME?

The Heart of Ministry Experience (HOME) is a two-day gathering designed to renew, equip, and encourage pastors and church leaders through a dynamic movement of the Holy Spirit.

Rather than simply attending sessions, participants are invited into a thoughtful, immersive experience centered on spiritual formation, reflection, and practical application. Our desire is that each person leaves both inspired and strengthened in their relationship with Christ and with one another.

HOME is presented in partnership with MidAmerica Nazarene University and Olathe College Church of the Nazarene.

Our Guiding Scripure

Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Do not cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.

Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

Then I will teach transgressors your ways,
so that sinners will turn back to you.
